- Sign everyone up in the app before you leave the hotel to skip the fumbling at bar one.
- Assign a group lead who is not the birthday person to handle texts and the next-bar call.
- Start earlier, around 7 or 8pm, so the birthday VIP gets a seat at each stop.
- Plan a food stop mid-crawl. Eating between bars keeps the group intact for longer.
- If the birthday person drinks, give them the first credit at each bar. If not, buy them a mocktail and pass the credit to the hype person.
